Project Information:
Daybreak has been a client of Centripetal Consulting Group for 3 years. CCG was initially engaged to help the company move from a paper-based HR department with no HRIS to a fully automated paperless environment. Daybreak was using ADP’s client server application, PCPW to process payroll and engaged CCG to conduct the RFP to solicit vendors who could provide a fully integrated Payroll/HRIS system. Along with a 5 member evaluation team, CCG’s engagement involved the evaluation of 6 unique vendors. The company chose to partner with a local provider who deploys the Workday application in shared services environment.
CCG was engaged by Daybreak a second time in selection project of a separate HR application for preemployment including Applicant Tracking and Onboarding. This engagement involved evaluating 3 unique vendors who had integration capabilities with Workday. Daybreak selected the Pangaea system which is deployed by GIS. Additionally, CCG has completed vendor selections for Tax Credits and Drug/Background Screening services for Daybreak.
