Become a Change Agent: To serve the HR Outsourcing industry by the deploying a defined Vendor Procurement Outsourcing (VPO) strategy to improve the manner in which HR services are marketed by HR providers, understood by employers, and effectively matched to vendor capabilities. By design, CCG changes the dynamic of decision-making among employers and the providers of HR services by aligning mutual expectations thus creating a value equilibrium that fuses lasting value-based partnerships, which maximize the value of human capital.

CCG’s founding principal is built upon TRUST. This philosophy circulates and embodies our interactions with professionals who work within the HR Outsourcing industry and allow us to constantly build trusting relationships and deliver CCG’s unique value to our consulting employer clients and our HR service vendor network of providers. The CCG way is to communicate with honesty and candor while maintaining professionalism with every individual, even when our conversations are not easy or may not seem financially beneficial. Our goal and mission is to provide HR outsourcing expertise to any and all persons that are in need of it.

Company History:

Centripetal Consulting Group was established in 2007 by Amy Grimmer. She independently financed the company and currently serves as President and CEO. CCG StoryCCG’s business model is geared toward improving the service delivery, effectiveness, and overall measurable results that an organization can realize through the use of HR Outsourcing. The company's foundation is "centripetal", a force that uses leverage and a defined process to achieve optimal results for both HR service providers and the end users of these services.

Specific to the niche of HR Outsourcing Procurement Consulting Services, Grimmer has positioned Centripetal Consulting Group as the first VPO (Vendor Procurement Outsourcing) firm unique to the HR industry. To date the company has completed over 200 unique VPO engagements for its employer clients across the US ranging in size from 20-20,000 employees. This accounts for over 200M in transacted revenue to the HR providers hired by CCG clients.
